Work & communication...is Right ???
La vita oggi in cucina si e trasformata in un vero touch screen . Una volta non esisteva questo modo di comunicare, io ricordo che si telefonava dal telefono fisso in terra e quando cera tempo o quando finiva il servizio o fuori dal lavoro.
Oggi si lavora cosi , si preferisce fare pausa e parlare con chi si vuole chattando. Io quando facevo pausa cercavo di rimorchiare qualche ragazza dal vivo , cercavo di socializzare e parlare con lo staff interno, o con altri reparti dello stesso hotel o dello stesso ristorante . Oggi solo mutismo ovunque , scambi di messaggi, scambi di video, scambi di opinioni online . Steve Jobs ha fatto un cambiamento radicale nel modo di comunicare e nel sistema telefonico , ma ha fatto anche un danno immenso .
Si vive oggi giorno cosi.....non ce modo di cambiare piu in ogni senso . E quante persone muoiono e scompaiono mandando un messaggio ma ci pensate???...
